摘要
基于有限元软件ANSYS对复合材料的凝固过程的应力场进行了数值模拟。获得了复合材料在凝固过程中不同时刻的应力场,以及在凝固过程中热应力集中的区域,之后将模拟的工艺参数运用到实际的铸造实验,实验的结果比较良好,说明数值模拟技术对复合材料的凝固过程工艺提供了可靠的理论指导。
Based on the finite element software ANSYS, the stress field in the solidification process of the composite was simulated. The stress field of the composite at different time in the solidification process and the area of thermal stress concentration in the solidification process are obtained. Then the simulated process parameters are applied to the actual casting experiment. The experimental results are relatively good, which shows that the numerical simulation technology provides a reliable theoretical guidance for the solidification process of the composite.
