摘要
依据国家卓越工程师教育培养计划的目标理念和地方本科院校工程技术人才培养的现实矛盾,以电子信息工程专业为例,文章提出了"三位一体"的卓越工程师人才培养模式,并详细阐述了"三位一体"人才培养模式的改革初衷、具体举措、实施难点、解决方案以及经验成果。该工程应用人才培养模式的实践与探索,针对性强,便于实施,为进一步促进电子信息类工程应用型人才培养的教育教学改革,适应经济发展和企业需求,提高工程技术人才培养的质量奠定了比较坚实的基础,取得了一些具有普遍借鉴意义的经验及启示。
According to the goal and concept of " Education Training Plan for Excellent Engineers" in our country and the prominent problems on engineering and technical talents training of local general undergraduate colleges,this study put forward an excellence talents cultivation pattern of electronic information engineering,named " Trinity Mode". In this paper,an in-depth discussion was carried out about reform purpose,specific measures,implementation difficulties,solutions and results of the " Trinity Mode" talents training model were elaborated in details. The exploration and practice of outstanding engineering talents training model had lain more solid foundation for further promoting education and teaching reform of the electronic information engineering applied talents cultivation,and meeting the needs of economic development and enterprises,and improving the quality of engineering and technical talents training,obtained some experience and enlightenment possessing a universal significance.
