音乐欣赏活动影响大学生心理资本实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Influences of Music Appreciation Activities on the College Students’ Psychological Capital

通过实验揭示出音乐欣赏活动影响大学生心理资本的状况.采取实验法,实验分组为实验组(49人)和对照组(51人),采用《积极心理资本问卷》对两组被试进行前后测.对实验组被试安排音乐欣赏活动,对照组被试不安排任何音乐欣赏活动.良好的音乐欣赏活动能显著提高大学生的自我效能,但在心理资本和其余因子上无显著提高.

This paper makes a study by adopting the experimental method to reveal the influences of music appreciation activities on college students*psychological capital.All college students in the experiment are divided into two groups with 51 college students in the control group and 49 college students in the experimental group.Music appreciation activities are arranged in the experimental group,but are not in the control group.It is found that good music appreciation activities can significantly improve college students*self-efficacy,but have no significant effect in their psychological capital and other factors.
