摘要
德育是我国青少年德智体美全面发展的重要一环,是一项重要、长期的战略任务.培养学生综合能力、综合素质最重要的时期,就是在中小学的青少年阶段,这一阶段是德育工作是否有效的关键期,但在德育工作开展过程中,德育相较于智育来说,在义务教育阶段的地位孰轻孰重是亟待商榷的问题.从阐释德育的理论来源入手,在分析当代青少年德育存在问题的基础上,从建立科学的德育管理体系、创设多样化的德育方法、借助榜样力量实现德育目标、充分发挥大众传媒的优势、构建家校德育合力网等五个方面探讨青少年德育工作的有效对策.
Moral education is an important part of the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence physique and aesthetic for Chinese youth,as well as an important and long-term strategic task.The youth stage at primary and secondary schools is viewed as the most important period for cultivating students’ comprehensive ability and quality;meanwhile,it is the critical period for the effectiveness of moral education.However,in the process of moral education,whether moral education is more important than intellectual education in the compulsory education is an urgent issue to be discussed.This paper firstly explains the theoretical source of moral education,analyzes the existing problems in moral education for contemporary youth,and explores effective countermeasures of moral education from the five aspects:establishing scientific management system,creating a variety of methods,achieving the goal of moral education with the help of the power of models,giving full play to the advantages of the mass media,and building the home-school collaborative network.
