我国农村基层民主存在的问题及对策——以安徽省H县为考察对象

Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Grassroots Democracy in China--A Case Study of H County in Anhui Province

我国农村基层民主建设存在诸多需要改进和完善的地方,如农民民主意识有待加强,民主组织建设呈现区域化发展不均衡,民主技术和民主能力薄弱,农村基层民主监督机制不健全等.通过走访调查将不同地区农村基层民主建设情况进行横向、纵向对比,结合实际提出若干改进建议.

There are many things to be improved in the rural grassroots democratic construction,such as farmers’ democratic awareness to be strengthened,the uneven regional development in the construction of democratic organizations,the weak democratic technology and democratic capacity,and the unsound rural grassroots democratic supervision mechanism,etc.The paper makes a horizontal and vertical contrast on the situation of democracy construction at the rural grass-roots level in different areas through investigation survery,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement based on the actual situation.
