摘要
社会资本在教育领域中的运用,突显了教育主体间交往的本质.优质的社会资本可以使高校教师获得专业道德、专业理念、专业知识方面的理解、专业情感、专业态度方面的支持、专业能力方面的提升.高校教师的社会信任、社会规范、社会网络等社会资本尚存在不足,可以通过营造彼此信任的专业发展氛围、倡导建立互惠性的交往规范、搭建多元化的社会网络平台,促进高校教师社会资本的积累与提升,推动高校教师专业发展.
The application of social capital in the field of education highlights the essence of the interaction between educational subjects.Highquality social capital can enable college teachers to obtain the understanding of professional ethics,professional concept and professional knowledge,the support of professional emotion and professional attitude,and the improvement of professional ability.However,there is still insufficient social capital for college teachers,such as social trust,social norms,and social network,etc.In order to promote their professional development,the following strategies are suggested:creating trustworthy atmosphere for professional development,advocating reciprocal communication norms,setting up a pluralistic social network platform,and promoting the accumulation and promotion of social capital for college teachers.
