摘要
以黑河学院图书馆为例,新图书馆面临服务理念、服务方式、软硬件设施等方面挑战.从大数据技术角度研究中小型城市高校图书馆读者服务管理的新趋势、新服务方式,以及新的方法,并运用到图书馆的实践工作中.
By taking library of Heihe university as an example,this paper discusses challenges new library is confronted with in terms of service concepts,service modes and hardware and software facilities.From the perspective of big data technology,new trends,new service modes and new methods of reader service management are explored and applied to the practice for college libraries in small and medium-sized cities.
