摘要
能带理论是一种描述晶体内电子在周期性势场中运动的近似理论,可用来分析晶体的导电性、PN异质结、导热性和掺杂问题等.通过分析能带理论的三种近似模型,并以半导体材料碲(Te)为例,阐述Te与多硫电解液间的电荷传输机制.
Band theory is an approximate theory to describe the motion of electrons in crystal in periodic potential field.The theory can be used to analyze the conductivity,PN heterojunction,thermal conductivity and doping of crystal.This paper analyzes three approximate models of band theory and describes the charge transfer mechanism between Te and the polysulfide electrolyte by taking the semiconductor material tellurium (Te) as an example.
