摘要
微生物薄膜过滤法被广泛用于包装饮用水的微生物检测,但目前国内相关标准中并没有明确该方法的前处理手段。包装饮用水在进行膜过滤检测时,多被直接倾倒至滤杯内。若未对包装材料外沿进行有效消毒,有可能出现假阳性检测结果。本文对包装饮用水薄膜过滤时常用的几种前处理方法进行了比较,分析了取样方法造成污染的原因。结果表明:薄膜过滤时若未对包装材料进行有效消毒预处理,或者仅用75%酒精棉擦拭,均有可能给检测过程造成微生物污染,导致假阳性结果的产生,使产品的合格性存在误判的风险。
Membrane filtration method is widely used for bottle water’s microbial detection. However,there are short of specific pretreatment ways in domestic. If the bottle waters were directly poured into the filter without effectively sterilization during microbiological testing,false positive test results may be occurred. This article compared the influences of several pretreatment methods on membrane filtration detection of bottled water,and analyzed causes of microbial contamination. The results showed that if the outer packing of bottles lacked effectively sterilization methods or only disinfected with 75% alcohol cotton,all of them may cause microbial pollution and lead to false positive results. Finally,there was a risk that the product qualification would be misjudged.
