摘要
为了深入贯彻落实我国创新驱动发展的国家战略,针对创业型大学建设这一新的发展方向,阐述了我国创业型大学建设的背景,分析了创业型大学建设的理论基础,包括三螺旋的概念及其与组织创新、区域创新、创业型大学建设之间的关系,从融入国家战略、以大学发展为中心、政府深度参与、构建中国特色的三螺旋机制4个方面提出了推进我国创业型大学建设的政策建议。
In order to thoroughly implement the national strategy of innovation-driven development in China,this paper expounds the background of the construction of entrepreneurial universities in China,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the construction of entrepreneurial universities,including the concept of triple helix and its relationships with organization innovation,regional innovation and the construction of entrepreneurial universities.This paper puts forward policy suggestions for promoting the construction of entrepreneurial universities in China from four aspects:integrating into the national strategy,centering on the development of universities,government's deeply participating in,and building a triple helix mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
