信息与计算科学专业学生就业与决策模型分析——以衡阳师范学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 为增强信息与计算科学专业学生在就业中的竞争力以及为该专业学生理性选择就业岗位提供一定的参考,对衡阳师范学院信息与计算科学专业学生就业数据进行调研,分析了近年来该专业学生的就业现状及影响因素,通过建立多维度决策模型的方法,得出学生应当提升自身素质,理性选择就业,家、校、企联动助力毕业生就业等建议。 In order to enhance the competitiveness of students of information and computing science specialty in employment,and to provide a certain reference for students of the specialty to rationally choose employment positions,this paper investigates the employment data of the students of information and computing science specialty in Hengyang Normal University,analyzes the current employment status and influencing factors of the students of the specialty in recent years.Through the establishment of a multi-dimensional decision-making model,this paper draws the conclusion that students should improve their own quality,rationally choose employment,and make linkage and joint efforts among family,school,and enterprise to help graduates obtain employment.
