摘要
针对HXD3型电力机车电线路布线路径及防护措施中存在的缺陷,在开展C6修过程中,提出了电线路布线模块化、电磁兼容优化、布线工艺创新等优化策略,采取了机械间、司机室、顶盖和车体底架等的电线路布线优化措施,对电线路布线进行优化改进,提高了和谐型机车的安全性、可靠性及可维护性。
In view of the defects existing in the wiring route and protective measures of the electric lines of HXD3 electric locomotives,in the process of C6 repair,the optimization strategies such as wiring modularization of the electric lines,optimization of electromagnetic compatibility,and innovation of wiring technology are put forward,and the wiring optimization measures of the electric lines such as mechanical room,driver's cab,top cover and underframe of vehicle body are adopted to optimize and improve the wiring of electric lines,which improve the safety,reliability and maintainability of HX locomotives.
