摘要
工程装备构造类课程实装教学,采用常规教学方法消耗大,教学范围受限,尤其难以保障目前多样化工程装备的教学需求,严重制约了工程装备构造类课程的教学能力与效果。因此,本文提出将虚拟现实技术应用于工程装备构造类课程教学。本文通过研究虚拟现实技术的特点,针对装备构造类课程教学现状,分析虚拟现实技术在课程应用中的优势,研究在结构原理、操作运用、虚拟拆装、保养维修和故障诊断等方面,融合虚拟现实技术进行装备构造类课程教学应用,以学员为中心,以实践为中心,提高学员学习热情和创新能力培养。
In the actual teaching of engineering equipment construction courses,the use of conventional teaching methods consumes a lot,and the teaching scope is limited,which is especially difficult to guarantee the current diversified teaching needs of engineering equipment,and seriously restricting the teaching ability and effect of engineering equipment construction courses.Therefore,we propose the application of virtual reality technology in the teaching of engineering equipment construction course.This paper studies the characteristics of virtual reality technology,analyzes the advantages of virtual reality technology in the application of the course,studies the application of virtual reality technology in the teaching of structure principle,operation and application,virtual disassembly,maintenance and fault diagnosis,etc.,and integrates the virtual reality technology in the teaching application of equipment construction course,taking students as the center and practice as the center,to improve the learning enthusiasm and innovative ability training of the students.
