摘要
产教综合体是推进产教深度融合、多方协同创新的重要有形载体,多中心治理理论契合产教综合体的构建,并具有明显的治理优势。面对产教综合体构建中存在的参与主体的权力边界不清、参与主体利益追求不同、资源信息对接不深等困境,可以通过明确治理主体的分工和职能、建立“产学研训创”一体化长效育人机制、建立需求导向的科研创新模式、开展实体化运作和公司化运行、建立趋同化的人才评价和资源共享机制等五方面来完善。
the industry-education complex is an important tangible carrier to promote the deep integration of industry-education and multi-party collaborative innovation,and the polycentric governance theory fits the construction of the industry-education complex,and has obvious governance advantages.In the face of the difficulties existing in the construction of the industry-education complex,such as the unclear boundary of the power of the participants,the different pursuit of the interests of the participants,the lack of deep docking of resources and information,and so on.It can be improved in the following five aspects:defining the division of labor and functions of the main body of governance,establishing an integrated long-term education mechanism of“industry-university-research training and innovation”,establishing a demand-oriented scientific research innovation model,carrying out substantive and corporate operation,and establishing assimilation of talent evaluation and resource sharing mechanism。
