生涯规划视角下的高校资助育人提升路径研究——以宁波工程学院为例

Research of Path-enhancing of College Funding Education based on Career Planning——Taking Ningbo University of Technology as an Example

高校资助育人工作作为十大育人体系之一,有着非常重要的意义。通过解读生涯规划和资助育人的内涵,有助于明晰当前高校资助育人的本质与生涯规划的目的间的一致性。当前,高校学生资助育人工作现状与问题反思表现在高校学生资助机构专门化但育人功能不明晰、高校学生资助资金丰富化但资金来源不广泛、高校学生资助形式多样化但育人内涵不深入三个方面。因此,高校可从生涯规划视角来寻求学生资助育人提升路径,即以生涯规划师资充实高校资助育人团队来强化育人功能,以生涯规划理念指导高校资助育人工作来拓展资助来源,以生涯规划实践贯穿高校资助育人过程来深化育人内涵。

College funding education is very significant as one of ten education systems.According tothe meanings of career planning and funding education,it is clear that the essence of college fundingeducation is in accordance with the aim of career planning.However,nowadays working situations andproblems of college students’funding education lie in three aspects.First,college students’fundinginstitutions are specialized while the educational function is unsharp;second,college students’funding isabundant while the funding resource is limited;third,college students ’funding form is diversified whilethe educational essence is narrow.Therefore,there are three ways to resolve these problems based oncareer planning,that is, strengthen the educational function by enriching college funding education groupswith career planners,extend the funding resource by college funding education work with career planningperception,deepen the educational essence by career planning practice throughout college fundingeducation process.
