福建省宁德市高新技术企业发展问题研究

Study on the Development of High-tech Enterprises in Ningde City of Fujian Province

基于对福建省宁德市高新技术企业数量情况、宁德市R&D经费投入情况、高新技术产业分布情况的分析,认为宁德市高新技术企业在发展中存在研发投入与福建省其他地区差距较大、科技创新型人才不足、高新技术企业培育机制不完善、高新技术产业集群规模小且缺少龙头企业等问题。未来宁德市高新技术企业的发展应采取以下措施:政府加大对研发投入的支持,引进高技术人才提高自主创新能力,建立民营高新技术企业培育机制,培育龙头企业发展高新技术产业集群,增强高新技术企业核心竞争力,推动宁德市经济的发展。

Based on the analysis of high-tech enterprises number in Ningde City of Fujian Province,R&D investment of Ningde City,industry distribution of high-tech enterprises,the paper considers that there are some difficulties and problems in the development of high-tech enterprises in Ningde City,such as there is a large gap of R&D investment between Ningde City and other regions in Fujian Province,shortage of scientific and technological talent,the cultivation mechanism of high-tech enterprises is imperfect,the scale of high-tech industrial clusters is small,and the high-tech industry is lack of the leading enterprise. The future development of high-tech enterprises in Ningde city depends on the following measures: get the government support of R&D investment,introduce scientific and technological talent and improve independent innovation ability,establish cultivation mechanism of private high-tech enterprises,cultivate leading enterprise and develop high-tech industrial clusters,and the purpose is to enhance the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and promote the economic development of Ningde City.
