人的全面发展视域下大学生志愿服务精神培育研究

Research on Cultivation of College Students Volunteer Service Spirit from the Perspective of All-round Development

志愿服务活动是大学生依托社会实践进行自我发展和提高的重要途径。志愿服务精神与人的全面发展思想二者相互契合、相辅相成,已经成为新时代大学生实现自身全面发展的重要载体。但目前我国大学生志愿服务事业在发展过程中依然存在一些问题,如对志愿服务的认识有待提高、志愿服务的方式内容需要创新、志愿服务的体制机制需要健全等。只有大学生自身、高校、社会三者共同努力,在对志愿服务的认识上、志愿服务的方式内容上、体制机制上进行改进,才能促进大学生志愿服务事业科学健康发展,才能不断提高大学生自身素质,促使其全面发展。

Volunteer service is an important way for college students to develop and improve themselves based on social practice. The spirit of voluntary service and the thought of all-round development of human beings are mutually compatible and complementary,which has become an important carrier for college students to realize their all-round development in the new era. However,there are still some problems in the process of the development of college students’ voluntary service in China,such as the need to improve the understanding of voluntary service,the content of the way of voluntary service needs to be innovative,the system and mechanism of voluntary service needs to be sound. Only through the joint efforts of college students,colleges and society,and the improvement of their understanding of voluntary service,the way and content of voluntary service and the system and mechanism,can the scientific and healthy development of college students’ voluntary service be promoted,and the quality of college students can be continuously improved to promote their all-round development.
