基于情感与情绪理论谈高校思想政治教育中的情感教育

Study on the Emotional Education in the Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities based on The Theory of Emotion and Emotion

情感与情绪理论是心理学中十分重要的内容,而情感教育又是思想政治教育过程中不可缺少的一部分。从情感与情绪理论出发,在把握心理学情感和情绪理论的基础之上,剖析当前大学生思想政治教育中情感教育的重要性以及存在的忽视情感教育、缺少情感表达、情感体验差等问题,借鉴情感与情绪理论,增加教育者情感表现,丰富教育对象情感体验,加强学生的情感识别和调整,推动情感教育融入思想政治教育的实施过程之中,从而提高高校思想政治教育实效性。

Emotion and sentiment theory is a very important content in psychology,and emotion education is an indispensable part in the process of ideological and political education. Starting from the theory of emotion and sentiment,on the basis of theory of the psychology of emotion and mood,analyze the current ideological and political education in the importance of emotional education and ignore the emotional education,the lack of emotional expression,the issue such as difference of emotional experience,using the theory of emotion and mood,increase the educator,expressing the emotion rich emotional experience education object,strengthen the student’s emotion recognition and adjustment,promote the implementation of the emotional education into ideological and political education,so as to improve the ideological and political education effectiveness.
