摘要
随着人们健康意识的提高,对食品的要求越来越严格,肉类食品作为一种富有独特营养价值的食品是人们日常生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分。为提高肉类食品销售量并延长保质期,通常会加入食品添加剂,食品添加剂的不合理使用会严重危害人体健康。因此,加大对肉类食品中食品添加剂残留量检测技术的研究十分必要。本文通过文献法分析概述肉类食品中食品添加剂残留量的检测技术并提出建议,旨在为我国肉类食品工业更规范、更安全地发展提供理论支持。
