摘要分析了邮政企业实施管理创新的必要性,针对当前邮政企业管理创新工作中存在的价值认识不足、激励机制缺乏、相关投入不到位等问题,从加强顶层设计、培育创新文化、构建创新机制、建立评估体系、发挥平台优势等方面探讨了邮政企业管理创新的实现路径。
