摘要
目前对于起动机的匹配大多数公司均在摸索阶段,尤其在缺少低温起动阻力距及最低点火转速数据的情况下,起动机的匹配更加模糊,而良好的起动机匹配对于整机的起动性能起着非常重要的作用,特别是在极限低温环境下,良好的匹配能降低起动机的故障。文章通过对柴油机阻力距的介绍,讨论了起动机与柴油机之间的匹配,其中包括性能匹配、速比匹配及齿轮匹配,同时提出相应的功率校核及保护控制措施,为后续起动机的匹配工作提供充分的理论基础和实践借鉴。
At present the most engine companies are exploring how to match the engine starter,especially for lack of data of engine resistant torque in low temperature and lowest ignition speed which make starter matching more vague.However,a good match between starter and engine is very important for engine start performance,which could effectively decrease the starter fault in the extreme environment.The factors which influence an engine start performance are introduced in this article and the match between starter and engine are discussed,including performance match,speed ratio match and gear match.At the meantime,power check and starter protection measures are presented.It can solve the match theory problem between starter and engine and improve the match level.
