摘要
为了解决某自动挡车型连续制动硬问题,分析制动踏板力增大的主要影响因素,通过对连续制动过程的分析,确定以调整电子真空泵工作逻辑为优化方案,通过软件仿真分析和实车试验证明了优化方案的有效性,为后续车型制动系统匹配提供了设计经验。
In order to solve the continuous braking hard problem of an automatic vehicle,Analyze the main influencing factors of the increase of brake pedal force,Through the analysis of the continuous braking process,it is determined to adjust the working logic of the electronic vacuum pump as the optimization scheme.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme is proved by the software simulation analysis and the real vehicle test,which provides the design experience about brake system matching for the subsequent vehicle.
