摘要
目前,响应国家节能减排的国家战略,电动汽车飞速发展,但是电池包能量密度远低于汽油,新能源车的续航里程普遍较燃油车偏低,故续航里程是新能源开发中的一个难题。在续航里程测试过程中,道路滑行曲线是最大的影响因素。目前新能源电动汽车正在实施的标准是GB T 18386-2017《电动汽车能量消耗率和续驶里程试验方法》,该标准使用滑行法和查表法进行测试,滑行法和查表法得到的整车阻力存在较大的差异,故对于续航里程也有较大差异。文章利用试验的方法对比滑行和查表法的续航里程,找到两种整车阻力续航方法的续航差异,指导整车续航里程开发。
At present, in response to the national strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction, electric vehicles are developing rapidly, but the energy density of battery pack is far lower than that of gasoline, and the mileage of new energy vehicles is generally lower than that of fuel vehicles, so the mileage is a difficult problem in the development of new energy. In the course of mileage test, coast curve is the most important factor. At present, the standard that new energy electric vehicles are according to《GB T 18386-2017 test method for energy consumption rate and driving range of electric vehicles》. This standard uses the coast method and the look-up table method to test. The resistance of the whole vehicle obtained by the coast method and the look-up table method is quite different, so the driving range is also quite different. The test method is used to compare the endurance mileage of taxiing and table checking method, find the difference between the two vehicle resistance methods, and guide th development of vehicle mileage.
