Urea-SCR后处理系统测试技术研究现状

摘要 随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展,国内汽车保有量迅速增加,由汽车尾气引起的环境污染问题日益严重。为解决汽车尾气污染问题,Urea-SCR后处理系统得到了广泛发展,Urea-SCR后处理系统在生产过程中的质量要求和使用过程中的可靠性需要一套完善可靠的测试设备对其进行可靠评估。文章分析了Urea-SCR后处理系统和Urea-SCR测试技术的工作原理,介绍了Urea-SCR后处理系统测试技术的研究现状,讨论了Urea-SCR后处理系统测试技术瓶颈,并对Urea-SCR后处理系统测试技术的发展进行了展望。 With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, domestic car ownership is growing rapidly, environ-mental pollution, Caused by automobile exhaust is becoming more and more serious. In order to solve the problem of automobile exhaust pollution Urea-SCR post-processing system has been widely developed. The quality requirements of Urea-SCR post-processing system in the prodution process and the reliability in the use process require a set of perfect and reliable test equipment for reliable evaluation. This paper analyzes the working principle of a post-processing system and testing technology. The research status of testing technology of a post-processing system is introduced. This paper discusser the bottleneck of testhing technology of a post-processing system, and prospects the development of testing technology of a post-processing system.
