摘要
近两年,技工院校生源质量参差不齐,加上现在的学生个体差异大、个性鲜明,这些都增加了班主任工作的强度和难度,出现了很多技工院校教师不愿担任班主任的窘境。相对中职学校,技工院校班主任的专业化、职业化程度相对滞后。因此,重视技工院校班主任队伍建设,提高班主任的待遇,搭建班主任学习交流平台,科学评价班主任工作,不断提高技工院校班主任工作积极性和专业化能力,为职业教育发展作出积极贡献。
In the past two years,the quality of students in technical colleges is uneven,coupled with the big individual differences and distinct personalities of the students,which increase the intensity and difficulty of the work of the head teacher,resulting in the dilemma that many teachers in technical colleges are unwilling to serve as the head teacher.Compared with secondary vocational schools,the degree of specialization and professionalization of head teachers in technical colleges is relatively backward.Therefore,we should attach importance to the construction of the team of headteachers in technical colleges,improve the treatment of headteachers,build a learning and exchange platform for headteachers,scientifically evaluate the work of headteachers,and constantly improve the enthusiasm and professional ability of headteachers in technical colleges,so as to make positive contributions to the development of vocational education.
