阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍对老年2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白及血清β2-微球蛋白水平的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:通过检测糖化血红蛋白及血清β2-微球蛋白,探讨阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍对老年2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法:选取86例老年2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组单纯使用二甲双胍,观察组在此基础上使用阿卡波糖胶囊,检测并比较两组糖化血红蛋白及血清β2-微球蛋白水平。结果:治疗后观察组β2-MG、血糖指标(包括HbA1c、FBG、2 hPG)、血脂指标(包括TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为11.63%(5/43),观察组不良反应发生率为9.30%(4/43),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.116,P>0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病治疗中疗效显著,能有效降低糖化血红蛋白和血清β2-微球蛋白水平,不良反应率低,可作为老年2型糖尿病患者治疗的一线用药。 Objective:To explore the effect of acarbose combined with metformin on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by detecting glycosylated hemoglobin and serum beta 2-microglobulin.Methods:86 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin alone,while the observation group was treated with acarbose Capsule and metformin.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum beta 2-microglobulin in two groups were detected and compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of beta 2-MG,blood sugar including HbA1c,FBG,2 hPG and blood lipid including TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.63%(5/43)in the control group and 9.30%(4/43)in the observation group.There was no significant difference(χ^2=0.116,P>0.05).Conclusions:Acarbose combined with metformin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a significant effect which can effectively reduce the level of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum beta 2-microglobulin with low adverse reaction rate.Acarbose combined with metformin can be used as a first-line drug in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
