摘要
1964年,林炳尧被分配到长江流域规划办公室工作,参与了这一时期即将开展的长江三峡工程前期勘探工作。期间,与国内多位知名水利专家相识相交于此。访谈录分为上、下2篇。下篇讲述林炳尧来到杭州,从事钱塘江河口治理和涌潮研究工作的经历和研究心得。
In 1964,Lin Bingyao was assigned to work at the Yantze River Basin Planning Office,taking part in the preliminary exploration of the Three Gorges Project of the Yangtze River.During that period,he was acquainted with many famous water conservancy experts.The interview is divided into two parts.The next article tells the story of Lin’s experience and research experience in Hangzhou,where he worked on the estuary magement and tidal research of the Qiantang River.
