产妇采用舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉方案实施无痛分娩的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of epidural anesthesia with sufentanil combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride on painless delivery

目的探讨分析产妇实施无痛分娩时使用舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉方案的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在本院行无痛分娩的产妇106例,随机分为两组,每组53例。研究组使用舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉方案,对照组使用盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉方案,比较两组麻醉前后的血压、心率、呼吸频率的变化,VAS评分,新生儿情况,各个产程的时间、住院时间,不良妊娠结局以及麻醉效果。结果研究组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);新生儿出现窒息率低于对照组(P<0.05);各个产程的时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产妇无痛分娩时使用舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉方案安全性高,麻醉效果良好,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine on epidural anesthesia for painless delivery. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, a total of 106 women who performed painless delivery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 53 cases in each group. The study group used sufentanil combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride for epidural anesthesia. The control group was treated with ropivacaine hydrochloride for epidural anesthesia. The blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, VAS score, neonatal status, duration of each stage of labor, length of hospital stay, adverse pregnancy outcomes, and anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups before and after anesthesia.Results The VAS pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The rate of asphyxia among the newborns was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The length of each birth period and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The adverse rate pregnancy outcome was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the anesthetic effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Epidural anesthesia with sufentanil combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride has a significant effect on the painless delivery of women, with high safety and good anesthetic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
