九江地区26125例梅毒螺旋体检测结果分析

Analysis of 26 125 cases of treponema pallidum in Jiujiang area

目的分析九江地区常规住院患者及门诊梅毒螺旋体抗体的检查情况以及阳性患者性别、年龄等分布情况。方法回顾性分析本院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的住院及门诊患者梅毒螺旋体抗体检测情况的临床资料,依据各年度、性别、年龄段进行阳性率统计并进行原因分析。结果九江地区共26 125例受试者进行了梅毒螺旋体检测,其中2016年6 036例,阳性率为2.10%;2017年8 210例,阳性率为2.50%;2018年11 879例,阳性率为2.80%;检测例数和阳性率均呈现逐年上升趋势;患者各年龄段均有阳性例数且随年龄增加呈上升趋势,其中60岁以上的老年患者阳性率最高,阳性率达到5.12%,与平均阳性率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性患者总阳性率2.67%,女性总阳性率2.34%,差异无统计学意义。结论九江地区梅毒检测阳性率呈现逐年上升趋势,各年龄段不同性别人群均有检出,且随年龄增长呈逐渐增加趋势。

Objective: To analyze the status of antibody against treponema pallidum in routine inpatients and outpatients in jiujiang district, as well as the distribution of gender and age of positive patients. Methods The detection of syphilis spirochetes antibody in inpatients and outpatients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 was retrospectively analyzed. The positive rate was statistically determined according to the year, gender and age,and the reasons were analyzed. Results The test results of syphilis spirochetes in 26 125 subjects in jiujiang showed that there were 6 036 cases in 2016,with positive rate of 2.10%. A total of 8 210 cases were detected in 2017, with positive rate of 2.50%. A total of 11 879 cases were detected in 2018, with positive rate of 2.80%. Both the number of detected cases and the positive rate were on the rise year by year. Further analysis showed that the number of positive cases in all age groups increased with the increase of age, among which the elderly patients over 60 years old had the highest positive rate, with the positive rate reaching 5.12%. Compared with the average positive rate, there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05). The total positive rate of male patients was 2.67%, and the total positive rate of female patients was 2.34%. The difference between male and female groups was no statistical significant difference. Conclusion Positive rate of syphilis test in Jiujiang area showed an increasing trend year by year.
