亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与血脂异常的相关性探讨

Correlation between subclinical hypothyroidism and dyslipidemia

目的分析亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与血脂异常的相关性。方法选取2017年8月至2019年9月在本院接受甲状腺功能测定的受检者300例为研究对象,其中110例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者作为甲减组,另外190例甲状腺功能正常者作为正常组,均进行血脂水平测定,比较两组结果。结果甲减组女性占比高于男性(P<0.05),男、女患者分别在50~59岁、60~69岁亚甲减发生率均高于其他年龄层(P<0.05);甲减组患者HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、TPOAb、TgAb水平与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲减组TSH水平为4.2~10 m IU/L的患者高甘油三酯血症发生率低于TSH水平>10 mIU/L的患者(P<0.05);甲减组TPOAb、TgAb、TPOAb联合TgAb抗体阳性率均高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论亚临床甲状腺功能减退症女性发生率高于男性,高龄患者亚甲减发病率更高,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症会对血脂代谢产生影响,甘油三酯水平会明显升高,增加高甘油三酯血症的发生风险。

Objective To analyze the correlation between subclinical hypothyroidism and dyslipidemia. Methods A total of 300 patients who underwent thyroid function measurement in our hospital from August 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects, of which 110 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were used as the hypothyroid group, and 190 patients with normal thyroid function as the normal group,blood lipid levels were measured and the results were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of females in hypothyroidism group was higher than that of males(P<0.05). The incidence of hypothyroidism in male and female patients aged 50-59 years and 60-69 years were higher than those in other age groups(P<0.05). The levels of HbA1 c, TG, TC, LDL-C, TPOAb, and TgAb in the group were significantly different from those in the normal group(P<0.05). The patients with hypothyroidism had a TSH level of 4.2 to 10 mIU/L. The incidence of the disease was lower than that in patients with TSH level >10 mIU/L(P<0.05). The positive rates of TPOAb, TgAb, TPOAb combined with TgAb antibodies in the hypothyroidism group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism is higher in women than men, and the incidence of hypothyroidism is higher in elderly patients. Subclinical hypothyroidism will affect blood lipid metabolism,and triglyceride levels will increase significantly. The risk of esteremia.
