肺癌临床诊断中应用X线检查的效果分析

Effect analysis of X-ray examination in clinical diagnosis of lung cancer

目的研究在肺癌临床诊断中应用X线检查的效果。方法随机选取本院2018年1月至2018年12月已经过病例确诊的肺癌病患50例,以病例确诊结果作为对照标准,应用X线和CT两种方式对患者进行检查,比较两种不同方式的准确率,并从影像学的角度对两种方式进行分析研究。结果 CT检查在准确率及影像学特征方面,与X线检查比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌临床诊断中应用X线检查具有一定的医学意义,与CT检查方式相比各有侧重。X线检查更适用于早期肺癌的排查阶段,而X线与CT结合使用能帮助患者在肺癌早期及时发现并采取有效措施进行治疗,从而保障患者的身体健康状况,降低肺癌的死亡率。

Objective To study the effect of X-ray examination in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 50 cases of lung cancer that have been diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected. The results of the case diagnosis were used as a control standard. The patients were examined by X-ray and CT methods, and the accuracy rates of the two different methods were compared. The two methods were analyzed and studied from the perspective of imaging. Results Compared with X-ray examination, CT examination showed statistically significant difference in accuracy and imaging characteristics(P<0.05). Conclusion The X-ray examination has certain medical significance in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer. X-ray examination is more suitable for the screening stage of early lung cancer. The combination of X-rays and CT can help patients to detect lung cancer in the early stages and take effective measures to treat it, so as to ensure the patient’ s physical health and reduce the mortality rate of lung cancer.
