摘要
目的探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后实施米非司酮治疗时不同剂量对治疗效果及术后复发的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年3月本院妇科实施卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,根据患者术后米非司酮使用剂量分为低剂量组(12.5 mg)和超低剂量组(6.25 mg),每组40例。分析两组患者术后复发、子宫内膜变化、用药不良反应状况。结果低剂量组术后1年总复发率低于超低剂量组(P<0.05)。低剂量组治疗3个月后子宫内膜厚度高于超低剂量组(P<0.05)。低剂量组、超低剂量组治疗3个月后子宫内膜病理类型分布与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义。低剂量组用药不良反应发生率低于超低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后实施米非司酮治疗时实施低剂量治疗对控制术后复发效果更好,且用药不良反应较少,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of mifepristone on the therapeutic effect and recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst after removal of ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods 80 cases of gynecologic patients who underwent ovarian chocolate cyst removal from January2017 to March 2018 were included in the study. According to the dosage of mifepristone after operation, the patients were divided into low dose group(12.5 mg) and ultra-low dose group(6.25 mg), with 40 cases in each group. The recurrence, endometrial changes and adverse drug reactions were analyzed between the two groups. Results The total recurrence rate of the low dose group was lower than that of the ultra-low dose group one year after operation(P<0.05). The endometrial thickness in the low dose group was higher than that in the ultra-low dose group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of endometrial pathological types between the low dose group and the ultra-low dose group after 3 months of treatment compared with the pre-treatment group. The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the low dose group was lower than that in the ultra-low dose group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone low dose is more effective in controlling the recurrence of ovarian chocolate cyst after removal of ovarian chocolate cyst, with less adverse drug reactions and good safety.
