罗哌卡因用于剖宫产手术患者中的价值分析

Value analysis of ropivacaine for patients undergoing cesarean section

目的观察剖宫产手术腰硬联合麻醉患者中应用罗哌卡因的麻醉效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组使用罗哌卡因,对照组使用布比卡因,比较两组麻醉效果、不良反应发生率。结果观察组运动阻滞及感觉阻滞起效时间高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组运动恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组感觉恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义。观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉优良率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产产妇中应用布比卡因与罗哌卡因麻醉效果相当,但罗哌卡因可降低不良反应发生率,减轻对母体循环的影响,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine in patients with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia during cesarean section. Methods 80 patients from January 2018 to December 2018 with cesarean section in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with ropivacaine and the control group was treated with bupivacaine. The anesthetic effect and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time of motor block and sensory block in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The recovery time of exercise was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in sensory recovery time between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group of 25.00%(P<0.05).The excellent and good anesthesia rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 80.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion Bupivacaine and ropivacaine are equally effective in cesarean section, but ropivacaine can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the impact on maternal circulation, high safety, and has the clinical promotion value.
