不同术式子宫肌瘤剔除治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对患者康复的影响

Efficacy of different surgical methods for uterine fibroids removal and its effect on patients’ rehabilitation

目的探析不同术式子宫肌瘤剔除治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对患者康复的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年1月本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者88例作为研究对象,根据数字随机法分为两组,每组44例。对照组行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,研究组行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。观察两组临床指标、不良反应率和疼痛评分。结果研究组住院时间、术后排气时间和手术时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组;研究组不良反应率为9.09%,明显低于对照组的27.27%;研究组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术比较,行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤能有效缩短手术时间、住院时间,减少不良反应发生,减轻患者疼痛感,加快机体恢复。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of different surgical uterine fibroids in the treatment of uterine fibroids and the impact on the rehabilitation of patients. Methods From April 2017 to January 2019, 88 patients with uterine fibroids received from our hospital were enrolled in the study. According to the numerical randomization method, the patients were divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with abdomen uterine fibroids removal, and the study group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy. Clinical indicators, adverse reaction rates, and pain scores were observed between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time and operation time of the study group were shorter than the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group. The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 9.09%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group. The pain score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with transabdominal uterine fibroids removal, laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids can effectively shorten the operation time, hospitalization time, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, the pain of patients and accelerate the recovery of the body.
