农产品中常用农药残留快速检测方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 中国是农业大国,农产品也有着很高的重视程度。现如今食品安全牵动着人们的心,也成为了举世关注的重要问题,因为食品安全关乎人民群众的健康,影响人民的生命健康安全。为了有效防治病虫害,会在农产品生产当中使用农药,而如果出现农药过度应用或者是滥用的话,将会导致农药残留超标,引发食品中毒等问题。为了满足人们对农产品质量与安全的要求,加大对农产品农药残留的检测力度,运用快速检测方法获得有关指标是非常重要的。本文将着重介绍几种常用的农产品农药残留快速检测方法,以便提高农产品的质量与安全水平。
