倾动炉处理镍阳极泥的实践与应用

Practice and Application of Tilting Furnace to Treat Nickel Anode Slime

摘要 针对镍阳极泥的处理,目前采用的主流工艺仍然是经熔硫压滤后产出硫磺和热滤渣,热滤渣与氯浸焚烧渣、一次合金按一定比例混合后在卡尔多炉处理,生产二次高镍锍,然后送往贵金属系统处理。镍阳极泥的火法处理工艺无先例可以借鉴,利用倾动炉系统开展处理镍阳极泥工业试验尚属首次尝试。 For the treatment of nickel anode slime,the current mainstream process is still to produce sulfur and hot filter residue after sulfur melting and pressure filtration.The hot filter residue is mixed with incineration residue of chlorine leaching and primary alloy in a certain proportion and then treated in caldo furnace to produce secondary high nickel matte,and then sent to precious metal system for treatment.There is no precedent for the fire treatment of nickel anode slime.It is the first attempt to carry out the industrial test of treating nickel anode slime by tilting furnace system.
