镍冶炼过程中阳极板自动化定量浇铸系统研究

摘要 目前镍冶炼加工企业受到技术和资金的限制,只能靠手工浇铸生产镍阳极,由于手工浇铸出来的镍板受到很多外界因素的影响,生产效率和产品精度都很低,直接影响电解过程的产品质量、电流效率、槽电压、残极率等重要指标,极大地限制了企业的发展。随着自动化定量浇铸装置在铜冶炼工艺上的不断成熟,自动化定量浇铸系统成为镍冶炼工艺过程中阳极板浇铸系统的发展趋势。本文通过对接触式称重定量浇铸系统及非接触式测厚定量浇铸系统这两方面的研究提出镍冶炼过程中阳极板自动定量浇铸技术,对提升我国冶炼加工行业的水平有深远意义。 At present,nickel smelting and processing enterprises are limited by technology and capital,and can only produce nickel anodes by hand casting.Since the nickel plates which are manually cast are affected by many external factors,the production efficiency and product precision are very low,and the products directly affecting the electrolysis process.Important indicators such as mass,current efficiency,cell voltage,and residual voltage greatly limit the development of enterprises.With the continuous maturity of automated quantitative casting equipment in copper smelting process,automated quantitative casting system has become the develop?ment trend of anode plate casting system in nickel smelting process.In this paper,through the research on contact weighing and quantitative casting system and non-contact thickness measurement and casting system,the automatic quantitative casting technology of anode plate in nickel smelting process is proposed,which has far-reaching significance for improving the level of China's smelting and processing industry.
