硫化镍除铜工艺的技术优化和提升的措施

摘要 硫化镍除铜新工艺的推广应用,完成了硫化镍除铜完全替代银精矿除铜,实现了金川镍冶炼人近三十年的夙愿,但是,经过这两年的应用,硫化镍除铜工艺也暴露出一些问题,一是亚硫酸钠浓度和硫化镍制备的pH值控制不合理,影响除铜的稳定性和各种试剂的反应效果,增加了试剂材料的消耗;二是除铜试剂的加入方式不合适,试剂的利用率低,除铜的还原效果不太理想,增大了除铜试剂的使用量。三是采用硫化镍除铜工艺后,体系补镍缺口较大,同时Cl-缺失,给生产组织带来困难。因此,硫化镍除铜工艺经过车间技术人员的不断改造、优化和完善,使硫化镍除铜工艺进一步科学合理,为车间和厂的节能增效发挥了最大的作用。 The popularization and application of the new process of removing copper from nickel sulphide have completed the complete replacement of nickel concentrate for removing copper from nickel sulphide and realized the long-cherished wish of Jinchuan nickel smelter for nearly 30 years.However,after two years of application,the process of removing copper from nickel sulphide has also exposed some problems.First,the control of sodium sulphide concentration and the pH value of nickel sulphide preparation is unreasonable.The stability of copper removal and the reaction effect of various reagents are affected,and the consumption of reagent materials is increased.Secondly,the incorrect adding method of copper removal reagents leads to the low utilization of reagents and the unsatisfactorv reduction effect of copper removal,which increases the use of copper removal reagents.Thirdly,after adopting nickel sulfide copper removal process,the nickel filling gap of the system is large,and the lack of Cl-brings difficulties to the production organization.Therefore,the nickel sulfide copper removal process has been continuously reformed,optimized and improved by workshop technicians,which makes the nickel sulfide copper removal process more scientific and reasonable,and plays the greatest role in energy saving and efficiency enhancement of workshop and plant.
