摘要
在低冰镍吹炼过程中,为了将铁造渣除去,不可避免有部分钴和少量镍进入渣中,导致了吹炼过程中有价金属的损失。为了减少有价金属的损失,在低冰镍吹炼过程中,控制吹炼的深度,只使一部分铁开路,产出含铁16%-18%的中冰镍,再使用湿法浸出的工艺处理。本研究对浓硫酸常压浸出和稀硫酸氧压浸出两种方法处理中冰像进行了对比。由试验结果得到,使用稀硫酸氧压浸出可以达到较高的浸出率,且浸出液含铁、含酸较低,有利于后续的处理。
In order to oxidize iron into iron slag in the process of low nickel matte blowing,some cobalt and a small amount of nickel inevitably enter the slag,which leads to the loss of valuable metals in the process of blowing.In order to reduce the loss of valuable metals,only make a part of iron is removed by controlling the blowing depth in the process of low nickel matte blowing,to produce medium nickel matte containing 16%to 18% iron,and then treated by leaching process.In this study,medium nickel matte was treated by concentrated sulfuric acid leaching under atmospheric pressure and dilute sulfuric acid leaching under oxygen pressure.The experi mental results show that the leaching rate can be high by using dilute sulfuric acid oxygen pressure leaching,and the leaching solution contains less iron and acid,which is conducive to subsequent treatment.
