摘要
本文针对镍电解生产过程产生的外付尾料过滤速率低、含水高的问题,了解不同的絮凝剂物理特性和废水处理过程中的应用情况,选用重金属冶炼废水处理过程使用的絮凝剂,在镍电解海绵铜、除铁尾料和废水的过滤前液中进行了试验研究。通过调整絮凝剂的加入比例和物料液固比开展了不同阶段试验,明确了絮凝剂在含固高的矿浆中才能达到固液快速分离、降低渣含水的目的,确定了絮凝剂的最佳加入比例,为絮凝剂在镍电解工业化应用提供技术参考。
This paper aims at the problems of low filtration rate and high water content of external tailings in the process of nickel electrolysis production.Experimental study was carried out in the pre-filtration solution of nickel electrolysis sponge copper iron tailings and wastewater.By adjusting the addition ratio of flocculants and the ratio of material to liquid solid,different stage tests have been carried out,and it has been clarified that flocculants can achieve the purpose of rapid separation of solid liquid and reducing the water content of slag in the slurry containing solids,and the optimal addition ratio of flocculants has been determined.It provides technical reference for the application of flocculant in nickel electrolysis industrialization.
