摘要
在某镍铜矿选矿二段磨矿增加艾萨磨,提高磨矿细度,精矿镍铜回收率提高。试验结果为:相比现场条件,采用艾砂磨机磨矿细度-400目80%条件下精矿品位银低0.03个百分点、铜高0.03个百分点、氧化镁低0.45个百分点,作业回收率镍、铜分别提高5.14个百分点和4.59个百分点,折算成对原矿的回收率,提高的鎳、铜回收率分别为1.38个百分点和1.36个百分点。
Adding an IsaMill at secondary grinding of one Ni-Cu mine concentrate processing,improving grinding fineness,promoting the concentration recovery of Ni\Co.The test results showed:compared to original process,using IsaMill to grinding fineness at 80% below 38μm,the concentration grade of Ni is 0.03 percentage lower,Cu 0.03 percentage higher,MgO 0.45 percentage lower,the operating rate of Ni is 5.14 percentage higher,Cu 4.59 percentage higher,convert to whole process,the recovery of Ni is 1.38 percentage higher,Cu 1.36 percentage higher.
