摘要
高镍锍磨浮分离产生的一次合金通过氧气斜吹旋转转炉熔炼、吹炼、还原生产水淬合金,可作为羰基镍生产的原料。水淬合金生产过程中常因出炉温度、水锍比等技术条件控制不当而发生放炮,轻则造成物料飞溅损失、水淬水外溢造成劳动强度较大,重则造成设备设施损坏甚至人员伤害事故。因此解决生产过程中的放炮现象是保证系统安全稳定运行的关键。本文就生产过程中的技术参数进行分析,通过生产实践中不断的探索,放炮现象最终得以解决。
The primary alloy produced by high nickel matte flotation separation is smelted,blown and reduced to produce water-quenched alloy through oxygen oblique blowing converter,which can be used as raw material for the production of carbonyl nickel.In the process of water quenching alloy production,artillery is often fired due to improper control of technical conditions such as temperature,water matte ratio,etc..Light results in material splashing loss,water quenching water spillage,resulting in greater labor intensity,and heavy damage to equipment and facilities and even personnel injuries,accident.Therefore,solving the firing phenomenon in the production process is the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.This paper analyzes the technical parameters in the production process,and through continuous exploration in production practice,the phenomenon of firing can finally be resolved.
