时效时间对2101双相不锈钢微观组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在700℃对2101双相不锈钢进行时效处理,研究了时效处理时间对2101双相不锈钢微观组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着时效时间从10min增加到240min,析出相的数量增加,主要分布在铁素体相内和晶界;同时,双相不锈钢的铁素体含量逐渐降低,强度和硬度逐渐增加,点腐蚀速率也逐渐变大。
