摘要
随着我国人事管理管理模式的转变,劳务派遣用工方式成为解决企业用人困难、提高人力资源配置效率的重要举措。虽然企业采用劳务派遣用工方式具有明显的优势,但是其中也存在一定风险。因此,论文立足多年工作实践,阐述了企业劳务派遣用工方式的利弊,进而提出控制企业劳务派遣用工风险的具体对策。
With the change of personnel management mode in China,labor dispatch employment mode has become an important measure to solve the difficulty of employing people in enterprises and improve the efficiency of human resources allocation.Although there are obvious advantages for enterprises to adopt labor dispatch employment mode,there are also some risks existing in it.Therefore,based on many years of work practice,this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of labor dispatch employment mode in enterprises,and then puts forward specific countermeasures to control the risks of labor dispatch employment mode in enterprises.
