摘要
大云移物等技术的飞速发展对新常态下的国有企业带来了新的机遇与挑战。国企的人力资源管理工作需借此机会充分转型,摆脱效率低、流程烦琐、事务性工作占用大量工作时间等诟病。转型必须坚持质量第一、效益优先的原则,从战略角度出发,自上而下进行,同心协力,借助共享服务中心等工具,从粗放式的人力管理向精细化的人才管理转变。
The rapid development of big data,cloud computing,mobile application,internet of things and other technologies has brought new opportunities and challenges to state-owned enterprises under the new normal.The human resources management work of state-owned enterprises needs to take this opportunity to fully transform and get rid of the criticisms of low efficiency,cumbersome process and large amount of working hours occupied by transactional work.The transformation must adhere to the principle of quality first and efficiency first,proceed from the strategic point of view,from the top to the bottom,work together,with the help of shared service center and other tools,so as to change from extensive human management to fine talent management.
