The employment problem of college students is the focus of attention from all walks of life,how to effectively enhance the college students'core competence in employment is very important.This paper analyzes the connotation and structure of the college students'core competence in employment,analyzes the subjective and objective factors of the college students'core competence in employment,and explores ways to improve the college students'core competence in employment from the aspects of training program,professional ethics,professional knowledge and employment guidance.
