摘要
开发机织物织造仿真系统,基于虚拟技术,输入机织物规格和上机工艺参数,可在该系统中生成上机图,并实现穿综、插筘、提综和打纬等机织物智能生成过程。系统利用模型和动画制作技术平台,完全实现了机织物从设计到织造的三维数字化,有助于教学过程中帮助学生利用虚拟实景,直观感受上机织造关键参数的作用,体验织造的实施过程。
The weaving simulation system of woven fabric was developed.Based on virtual reality technology,through inputting fabric specification and technical parameters,looming draft could be produced in the system.The intelligent generation process could be realized,including draft,reeding,shedding and beating.By making use of model and animation technique,3 Ddigitization of woven fabric from design to weaving came into reality,which was beneficial for students to learn and grasp the functions of key parameters and to practice the weaving processing on the basis of virtual reality.
