县(市)城镇工程质量管理面临的核心矛盾分析

Analysis on the Core Contradictions of Counties (Cities) Engineering Quality Management

近年来,县(市)城镇工程质量管理得到了党中央、国务院高度重视。目前总体上县(市)城镇工程质量管理状况逐年好转,但仍存在行业监管不足、企业主体不诚信履职等问题。为了探究其深层原因以便质量管理工作进行针对性改进,基于调研和现有问题的分析,从行业质量监管、参建单位质量管理、工程实体质量监管三个层面提炼、总结和归纳了县(市)城镇工程质量管理中面临的六大核心矛盾,为后续改进工程质量监管提供了依据。

In recent years,county(city) urban engineering quality management has received great attention from the Party Central Committee and the State Council.At present,the overall quality of county(city) urban engineering quality management status has improved year by year.However,there are still problems such as insufficient industry supervision and dishonest performance by corporate entities.Based on research and analysis of existing issues,this article summarizes six major contradictions from three levels: industry quality supervision,quality management of participating units,and engineering entity quality supervision,in order to explore its underlying causes to make targeted improvements in quality management.
