Construction Quality Control of Prestressed Hollow Square Pile Integrated Column

传统的深基坑内支撑立柱采用钻孔灌注桩+钢格构柱的立柱形式,笔者单位发明了一种预应力空心方桩集成立柱,通过将预应力空心方桩和钢格构柱进行装配组合,不仅减少了环境污染,而且提高了施工质量。结合具体工程实例,对该种立柱的施工流程及施工质量控制要点进行简要介绍。该技术符合当前绿色建造和精益建造的发展理念,值得进一步推广应用。

The form of bored pile and steel lattice column is used in the traditional foundation excavations strut column.Our company has invented a prestressed hollow square pile integrated column.By assembling prestressed hollow square pile and steel lattice column,the environmental pollution is reduced and the construction quality is improved.In this paper,combinned with specific engineering example of this new type of column introduces the main points of the construction quality control.This technology is in line with the current development concept of green construction and lean construction,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
