摘要
针对大面积、大体积水泥混凝土存在的质量通病,在北京大兴机场跑道和除冰坪施工中,通过在普通水泥混凝土中掺加少量超高强改性聚酯合成纤维和超细晶陶瓷复合材料(以下简称"FC材料"),解决了混凝土易开裂、抗冲击韧性差等问题,提高了混凝土道面抗冻融、抗除冰液渗透的能力,延长了工程的使用寿命,减少了日常维护工作量。探讨了在类似大型工程中推广使用FC材料的可行性。
Aiming at the common quality defects of large area and large volume cement concrete,in the construction of Beijing Daxing International Airport runway and deicing area,by adding a small amount of super-high strength modified polyester synthetic fiber and ultra-fine grain ceramic composite material(FC material) into the ordinary cement concrete,the problems of easy cracking and poor impact toughness of concrete are solved,and the pavement resistance of concrete is improved. The ability of freeze-thaw and anti-penetration of deicing liquid extends the service life of the project and reduces the daily maintenance workload. The feasibility of using FC material in similar large projects is discussed.
